For all orders above €65 we ship the product(s) free of any shipping charge. Orders below this threshold and within the Netherlands will be shipped to you for €6,75.

For orders within the European Union, shipping charges varies per Euro Zone. The shipping charges for countries within Euro Zone 1 are €13. Orders above €125 are free of any shipping charge. For Euro Zone 2 the shipping charges are €25 and free when the order exceeds €150.

Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar and the Channel Islands), Sweden.

Euro Zone 2:

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, the Channel Islands, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus, Switzerland.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days after the receipt date. We will give you a full or partial refund (based on the items of your return in relation to your order) of the purchased price. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Returns will only be accepted when the apparel is unused, unsoiled, undamaged, unwashed, unworn and unaltered. It is of course allowed to fit the apparel to see if it is the right size and fit. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.

To return your product, please take the following steps:

  1. Fill in the return form on our website and print the return label.
  2. Put all the products you wish to return in the box and place the return label* over the current sticker.
  3. Send us the box return.

*Note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item(s).

Yes. Please put the items you want to return in a sturdy cardboard box so that the item(s) will not be damaged. You can send the box to our return address: Johan Hofmanstraat 52, 1069KE Amsterdam Aedeem Retour.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It will normally take around 7 business days to process your refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account. If you have paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aedeem.com and we will make sure to get your refund back to you as soon as possible.

At the moment we only work with refunds. If you wish to have an item in a different size, please send us your initial order return and place a new order.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and allow us to assist you in this matter! Before you send us any damaged item(s), please contact us at info@aedeem.com and include a short description and picture of the damaged item(s). As soon as we have checked and processed your information we will refund you the purchased price of the damaged goods in order for you to place a new order. Please be aware that we can only accept damaged goods if these are reported to us within 30 days after receiving the order.
